Eugene Warehouse Loader
Bigfoot Beverages of Eugene is looking for a Night Warehouse Loader. This work involves loading products such as cans, bottles, tanks and boxes into various types of trucks for delivery the next day. These products must be loaded in the proper sequence and in an organized manner.
This position is FULL TIME with some manditory overtime. Scheduled start time is 5:00pm Sunday-Thursday.This is a Union position so Teamster Union membership is required which does require employee paid initiation fee and union dues. Compensation is determined by the union contract. Current hourly wage starts at $13.32 per hour and increases by 5% every 346 hours worked until employee reaches full scale wage of $19.02 for this location.
The successful applicant will have the following abilities:
- Lift and carry 30 to 80 lbs. and move up to 165 lbs. frequently with regular pushing, pulling and bending. Ability to drive a forklift and obtain a forklift license is required.
- Read, converse and be understood in the English language.
- Demonstrate good basic math skills and have good handwriting.
- Work well with minimal supervision, be able to work as part of a team and be a self-starter.
A good driving record is required. A motor vehicle report will be requested from the DMV. A current CDL is a plus. Applicants with non Oregon Drivers Licenses will need to submit a court certified print of their MVR to Human Resources with their application.

Coos Bay Sales Manager
Bigfoot Beverages of Coos Bay is recruiting for a Full Time Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager is the general management of all daily Coos Bay branch activities. Responsibilities include: Follow, meet and/or exceed agreed-upon sales budgets. Manage and coordinate all line item budgeting and spending to ensure profitability of the branch. Control expenses incurred at the branch level. Achieve sales plan on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Analyze business on regular basis using financial and sales information. Ensure all marketing programs are executed by sales management staff. Organize and develop Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) to achieve maximum sales and profitability goals. Conduct and facilitate internal communication through regular branch and sales meetings. Represent the branch at all company-wide business meetings. Communicate information from these meetings and use effectively in the branch. Develop and maintain effective communication with other locations. Train, develop and evaluate all assigned personnel. Ensure all branch personnel are in a position for success, both for the individual and the company. Conduct branch, sales and safety meetings. Maintain necessary standards to exceed requirements set by relevant local, state and federal regulations. Maintain a safe and clean facility and work environment for all employees. Work actively in the community to support and enhance the image and mission of the company and our employees.
This is a FULL TIME salaried (exempt level) position and compensation will depend on experience.Schedule is Monday-Friday, some weekend work as needed.
It is important to have the ability to relate well at all times to people, customers and co-workers. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize workload, handle multiple functions, with an overall attention to detail and accuracy.
